Christy Holland
My word: Connection
As human beings, we are wired for connection. Neuroscience now confirms that our connection to ourselves and one another is crucial to thrive. Healthy connections are essential for solving problems, finding meaning, and experiencing joy in life. However, connecting can be a struggle, as past experiences and personal agendas often hinder genuine interaction. By practicing deep listening to understand, we can strengthen our connections with ourselves and others. These connections are vital for delivering value, fulfilling our purpose, and experiencing happiness in life.
