My word: Others
It is easy from one day to the next to only have thoughts of yourself. In the current society, people thrive on drawing attention to themselves and what they can accomplish. I have learned that by drawing on the power of listening, those who would typically stay silent, have the space to open up and share their heart. It is a subtle shift, but one that is so important at any age.
Expertise
I have a 30-year human resources career, during which I have thrived in Fortune 500 environments, as well as small to mid-sized businesses and partnering with business owners. Through the power of coaching, which always derives its success based on listening first, I am able to quickly gauge the needs and heart of my clients. I lead with authenticity which has always allowed me to be most effective in any environment I joined Christine Miles on the Listening Path because I see the power of listening in making an impact and connecting with others. As people are more than one dimensional, I strive to give others space to sort through their own story and come to a stronger place.
