Curiosity keeps us learning. It reveals possibilities for moving forward. Coaching individuals and teams to stay curious helps them stay in the present moment and connect. Listening skills represent a primary method for practicing curiosity. Listening facilitates the awareness required for high-trust relationships and collaboration. Without it, we cannot gain the understanding necessary for connection and collaboration, and it is a core skill that can be learned!

Robert is a former executive with over 30 years of experience leading teams across various business disciplines. He earned an M.S. in Organizational Development and a B.S. in Marketing, and is an Executive Coach certified by the International Coach Federation. He has run a leadership team and an organization development company for ten years.
