My word: Growth
There is nothing more rewarding and hopeful than the belief that you can grow into a better version of yourself, and coach others to believe the same. The belief that someone can grow every day, in small yet powerful ways creates optimism, hope, and a vision for the future. Listening intentionally, mindfully, and lovingly is key to coaching people of their growth journey. The Listening Path provides the tools to powerfully engage with one another to discover key understandings that lead to growth and transformation.
