Team Building Events:

  • Customized based on the needs of the individual.
    • Match the EQuipt coach to the needs of the level and individual.
    • Use proven proprietary coaching methods and tools to quickly uncover insights, foster growth and development, align individual goals to the organizational goals and improve communication with reporting manager and/or direct reports.
    • Provide practical tools that elevate understanding and emotional capabilities that transform people into more deliberate and dynamic team members and leaders.
    • Customized coaching programs based on goals and frequency

Customized Team Coaching Programs:

Who: Cross-functional leadership teams, Project Teams, Departmental Leadership Teams, Executive Leadership Teams. Virtual/ or Hybrid (virtual and in-person)

    • Use proven proprietary coaching methods and tools to quickly uncover insights, foster growth and development, align individual goals to the organizational goals and improve communication with reporting manager and/or direct reports.
    • People leave managers, not companies.
    • Create norms that move the leadership and reporting team to a higher level of performance.
    • Create new norms for communication, collaboration, and team effectiveness.
    • Help teams effectively break down communication barriers and walls.
    • Manage conflict, navigate difficult conversations, performance challenges.
    • Increase organizational savvy and awareness.
    • Shift approach from reward-based motivation (i.e., salary, bonuses, promotions) to a purpose driven culture creating buy-in, work excitement, alignment, and outcomes.
